Standbouw en indeling - Stand construction and layout - Standbau und -gestaltung - Construction et aménagement de stands

- Voorzie uw tafels van tafelkleden die tot circa 10 cm boven de grond reiken, zowel aan de voor als achterkant om een nette uitstraling te waarborgen. 

- Zelf meegebrachte tafels of tafelpladen worden 'gedoogd' bij wandplaatsen of in overleg met collega-standhouders, zonder de gangpaden te blokkeren. Bij klachten dient de stand onmiddelijik teruggebracht te worden in de oorspronkelijke staat. 

- Houd gangpaden, (nood)uitgangen en brandhaspels vrij van goederen. 

- Provide your tables with tablecloths that reach approximately 10 cm above the ground, both at the front and back to ensure a neat appearance.

- Self-brought tables or table tops are 'tolerated' for wall placements or in consultation with fellow exhibitors, without blocking the aisles. In the event of complaints, the stand must be returned to its original state immediately.

- Keep aisles, (emergency) exits and fire hoses free of goods.

- Versehen Sie Ihre Tische mit Tischdecken, die vorne und hinten ca. 10 cm über den Boden hinausragen, um ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild zu gewährleisten.

- Selbst mitgebrachte Tische oder Tischplatten werden an Wandstandorten oder in Absprache mit Mitausstellern „geduldet“, ohne die Gänge zu blockieren. Bei Beanstandungen ist der Stand umgehend wieder in den ursprünglichen Zustand zu versetzen.

- Halten Sie Gänge, (Not-)Ausgänge und Feuerwehrschläuche frei von Waren.

- Munissez vos tables de nappes dépassant d'environ 10 cm du sol, à l'avant comme à l'arrière, pour assurer une apparence soignée.

- Les tables ou plateaux de table apportés par l'exposant lui-même sont « tolérés » aux emplacements muraux ou en concertation avec les autres exposants, sans bloquer les allées. En cas de réclamation, le stand doit être immédiatement remis dans son état d'origine.

- Gardez les allées, les sorties (de secours) et les tuyaux d’incendie exempts de marchandises.

Deelnemerslijst, standnummers en een plattegrond zijn beschikbaar via deze link. Bij aankomst vindt u op uw tafel een envelop met uw naam en polsbandjes (2 per stand). Zorg ervoor dat u uw polsbandjes draagt voordat u begint met de inrichting van uw stand. Medewerkers controleren op het dragen van de badges tijdens de opbouw en tijdens de beurs. De polsbandjes zijn uitsluitend voor standhouders en niet voor bezoekers. Bedankt voor uw medewerking.

Participant list, stand numbers and a floor plan are available via this link . Upon arrival you will find an envelope with your name and wristbands (2 per stand) on your table. Make sure you wear your wristbands before you start setting up your stand. Staff will check for badges during set-up and during the exhibition. The wristbands are for exhibitors only and not for visitors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Teilnehmerliste, Standnummern und Lageplan sind unter diesem Link verfügbar. Bei Ihrer Ankunft finden Sie einen Umschlag mit Ihrem Namen und Armbänder (2 pro Stand) auf Ihrem Tisch. Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie Ihre Armbänder tragen, bevor Sie mit dem Aufbau Ihres Standes beginnen. Assurez-vous de porter vos bracelets avant de commencer à installer votre stand. Les employés vérifient que les badges sont portés pendant les travaux et pendant le salon. Voor parkeren de instructies van de parkeerwachters aanhouden. Leg de expeditiekaart achter de ruit van uw auto zodat we u kunnen contacten mocht u bijvoorbeeld verkeerd geparkeerd staan. 

Om te laden en te lossen kunt u voor de bezoekers entree staan. Parkeren kunt u op Parking A. Parkeren voor de ingang van de hal (bezoekers entree) is NIET toegestaan.

Parkeerkosten op voorwaarden van de Trixxo arena. Parkeertickets kunt u kopen bij de Parkeerautomaat bij de bezoekersentree.

For parking, follow the instructions of the parking attendants. Place the expedition map behind the window of your car so that we can contact you if, for example, you are parked incorrectly.

For loading and unloading, you can stand in front of the visitors' entrance. You can park in Parking A. Parking in front of the entrance of the hall (visitors' entrance) is NOT permitted.

Parking costs according to the conditions of the Trixxo arena. You can buy parking tickets at the parking machine at the visitors' entrance.

Befolgen Sie beim Parken bitte die Anweisungen des Parkwächters. Legen Sie den Streckenplan hinter die Scheibe Ihres Fahrzeugs, damit wir Sie kontaktieren können, falls Sie beispielsweise falsch parken.

Zum Be- und Entladen können Sie vor dem Besuchereingang stehen. Parken können Sie auf Parkplatz A. Parken vor dem Halleneingang (Besuchereingang) ist NICHT gestattet.

Parkgebühren gemäß den Parkbedingungen der Trixxo Arena. Parktickets erhalten Sie am Parkautomaten am Besuchereingang.

Pour vous garer, suivez les instructions des agents de stationnement. Placez le plan d'expédition derrière la vitre de votre voiture afin que nous puissions vous contacter en cas de stationnement incorrect, par exemple.

Pour le chargement et le déchargement, vous pouvez vous placer devant l'entrée visiteurs. Vous pouvez vous garer au parking A. Il est INTERDIT de stationner devant l'entrée de la salle (entrée visiteurs).

Les tarifs de stationnement sont soumis aux conditions de l'arène Trixxo. Vous pouvez acheter des tickets de stationnement à l'horodateur situé à l'entrée visiteurs.

U kan gratis twee klapstoelen ophalen bij de organisatie om tijdens de beurs te gebruiken. Indien u meer stoelen nodig heeft laat dit dan uiterlijk 4 weken voor de beurs weten. Gebruik de klapstoelen niet om materiaal voor de verkoop op te zetten. 

YoYou can pick up two folding chairs for free from the organization to use during the fair. If you need more chairs, please let us know at least 4 weeks before the fair. Do not use the folding chairs to set up material for sale.

Zur Nutzung während der Messe können Sie sich zwei Klappstühle kostenlos beim Veranstalter abholen. Sollten Sie mehr Stühle benötigen, geben Sie uns bitte mindestens 4 Wochen vor der Messe Bescheid. Verwenden Sie die Klappstühle nicht zum Ablegen von Verkaufsmaterialien.

Vous pouvez récupérer gratuitement deux chaises pliantes auprès de l'organisation pour les utiliser pendant la foire. Si vous avez besoin de chaises supplémentaires, veuillez nous en informer au moins 4 semaines avant le salon. N'utilisez pas les chaises pliantes pour déposer du matériel à vendre.

Er is GEEN mogelijkheid voor een stroomaansluiting. De hal is voorzien van heldere led verlichting. Wilt u extra verlichting dan adviseren wij oplaadbare led verlichting of een droge accu/powerpack mee te nemen voor uw extra verlichting. 

There is NO possibility for a power connection. The hall is equipped with bright LED lighting. If you want extra lighting, we advise you to bring rechargeable LED lighting or a dry battery/power pack for your extra lighting.

Es besteht KEINE Möglichkeit für einen Stromanschluss. Der Saal ist mit heller LED-Beleuchtung ausgestattet. Wenn Sie zusätzliche Beleuchtung wünschen, empfehlen wir Ihnen, wiederaufladbare LED-Beleuchtung oder eine Trockenbatterie/ein Netzteil für Ihre zusätzliche Beleuchtung mitzubringen.

Il n'y a AUCUNE possibilité de raccordement électrique. La salle est équipée d'un éclairage LED lumineux. Si vous souhaitez un éclairage supplémentaire, nous vous recommandons d'apporter un éclairage LED rechargeable ou une batterie sèche/un bloc d'alimentation pour votre éclairage supplémentaire.

Opruimen van de stand mag pas na de officiële sluiting om 17:00 uur beginnen. Vroegtijdig afbreken leidt tot uitsluiting van toekomstige evenementen. Losdeuren openen vanaf 17:15 om uw spullen naar de auto te brengen. 

Clearing the stand may only begin after the official closing time at 17:00. Early dismantling will result in exclusion from future events. Unloading doors open from 17:15 to bring your belongings to the car.

Mit dem Abbau des Standes darf erst nach der offiziellen Schließzeit um 17.00 Uhr begonnen werden. Eine vorzeitige Beendigung führt zum Ausschluss von zukünftigen Veranstaltungen. Die Entladetüren öffnen ab 17:15 Uhr, damit Sie Ihr Gepäck zum Auto bringen können.

Le dégagement du stand ne pourra commencer qu'après l'heure officielle de fermeture à 17h00. La résiliation anticipée entraînera l’exclusion des événements futurs. Les portes de déchargement ouvrent à partir de 17h15 pour amener vos effets personnels jusqu'à la voiture.

Laat vrienden, familie of kennissen niet achter uw stand plaatsnemen. Ontvang hen liever in de horecagelegenheid om overlast voor collega-standhouders te voorkomen. 

Do not let friends, family or acquaintances sit behind your stand. Rather receive them in the catering facility to prevent inconvenience to fellow stand holders.

Erlauben Sie Freunden, Verwandten und Bekannten nicht, hinter Ihrem Stand zu sitzen. Um Unannehmlichkeiten für andere Standinhaber zu vermeiden, ist eine Inanspruchnahme im Gastronomiebereich sinnvoller.

Ne laissez pas vos amis, votre famille ou vos connaissances s’asseoir derrière votre stand. Il est préférable de les recevoir dans l'espace restauration pour éviter des désagréments aux autres commerçants.

Laat uw eigendommen nooit onbewaakt achter. Bedek uw tafel aan het einde van de opbouwdag met een doek en zet deze vast. De organisatie en de brabanthallen kunnen niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor eventuele vermissing van goederen. SLuit hiervoor desgewenst zelf een verzekering voor af. 

Never leave your belongings unattended. Cover your table with a cloth at the end of the set-up day and secure it. The organization and the Brabanthallen cannot be held liable for any missing goods. If desired, take out insurance yourself.

Lassen Sie Ihr Eigentum niemals unbeaufsichtigt. Decken Sie Ihren Tisch am Ende des Aufbautages mit einem Tuch ab und befestigen Sie es. Für eventuelle Verluste von Gegenständen können der Veranstalter und die Brabanthallen nicht haftbar gemacht werden. Auf Wunsch können Sie hierfür selbst eine Versicherung abschließen.

Ne laissez jamais votre propriété sans surveillance. À la fin de la journée d'installation, recouvrez votre table d'une nappe et fixez-la. Er is geen pinautomaat aanwezig. Voorzie uw stand van een mobiel pinapparaat zoals SumUp, of gebruik een betaalverzoek (Tikkie) om betalingen te ontvangen. 

There is no ATM available. Equip your stand with a mobile pin device such as SumUp, or use a payment request (Tikkie) to receive payments.

Es steht kein Geldautomat zur Verfügung. Statten Sie Ihren Stand mit einem mobilen Bezahlterminal wie beispielsweise SumUp aus oder nutzen Sie zum Empfangen von Zahlungen eine Zahlungsaufforderung (Tikkie).
